Policy

All booked appointments will require a $20 deposit non-refundable deposit at the time of booking of the appointment. This deposit will go towards your balance. If a deposit is not placed, please be advised that your appointment is not booked.

No make up please. If you arrive in makeup, there will be an extra charge of $20 for makeup removal.

If at any time, there is an emergency, or you are unable to make your appointment please contact me within a 24 HR period.  Your deposit will be deducted for your future appointment.

After two no call/ no shows will lead to being blocked from booking in the future.

All balances will be due in CASH. There are several ATMS located around The Lavish Ambiance location.

LATE POLICY

If you are going to be late, please contact me. Communication is key. Please be courteous to my time as well as the clients after you. There is a 15-minute grace period, after your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

No extra guests, that includes pets and children.

If you are feeling ill at any time, please contact me and please do not come to your appointment. Our health is very important.

For all treatments if you have any open areas, sores, lesions your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If you are currently on any medications related to skin, allergies or pregnant please notify me. There are certain medications that need to be stopped prior to facial treatments and precautions with pregnant women.
